Nowadays robots are transforming from bulky and dangerous machinery to a friendly and social companions which can feel, think and interact with human beings.
Task of this master assignment is to design and build “AstroBot” and test how people react to it. AstroBot will be a unique robot which will firstly act as an HMMM (Heterogeneous Multi-Modal Mixing) prototyping machine and secondly as a personal astrologian. HMMM platform allows robot to become alive and mimicking live being by doing gestures or acting like one.
Hypothetically this should increase persuasion skill of designed robot.
