For Andrei (Ability-Tech's citizen scientist with CP) we would like to develop a musical instrument which he can operate in real-time with an eye-tracker. The current eye-harp (software only) works, but it would be nice to search options consisting of a physical instrument that can be programmed and operated.
Basic technology and infrastructure has been developed: we developed a number of dev-tutorials as quickstart and a 'shuffle board robot' that can be operated using eyetracker, consisting of a RPI server running a ROS stack for motor/robot control and a web-interface that can be operated in browser using eye-tracker.
A nice example to operate would be Edwin's Rhythm Squid design (https://edwindertien.nl/lab/rhythm-squid/), but preferably a toolkit is developed for music instrument co-design.
