This project focuses on establishing a standardised technical assembly manual and procedural workflow for Roll Robotic Endoscopy. To ensure reproducibility, assembly precision, and clinical usability, an end-to-end documentation architecture was structured using Adobe InDesign.
The workflow integrates high resolution photographic references, exploded view visual hierarchies, categorized bill of materials , and sequential step by step mechanical assembly protocols. By translating mechanical design constraints into an intuitive, modular documentation system, this work minimises assembly errors, streamlines maintenance procedures, and provides a sustainable framework for clinical translation and cross-team deployment.
